Building and Leading the gizmocraft Agency Team

In 2006 my co-founder Mario Pizzinini and me started our advertising agency in our living rooms with one additional engineer. Mario was the creative lead, I was responsible for business strategy, agency growth and customer acquisition. For gizmocraft I built and lead a team of 15 designers, content creators and engineers and acquired a customer base including brands like Coca-Cola, Dannon, and L’Oréal.
